These Terms of Service govern your use of phatrabbit.shop and purchases from Phat Rabbit. By accessing the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the store.
Store Use
You must use this store only for lawful purposes. You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with store operation, transmit malicious code, commit fraud, violate another person’s rights, or use store content without permission.
Products and Availability
We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, images, descriptions, prices, and sizing accurately. Screen settings and made-to-order production may result in minor variations. Product availability is not guaranteed, and we may limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.
Orders
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including inventory or production issues, incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, payment problems, shipping restrictions, or errors in product information. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the canceled amount.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, payment, contact, and shipping information.
Prices and Payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, duties, and other fees are shown at checkout when available. You authorize the selected payment provider to charge the total shown when you submit the order.
Shipping, Returns, and Refunds
Purchases are also governed by our Shipping Policy and 15-Day Return Policy, which are incorporated into these terms.
Intellectual Property
The Phat Rabbit name, logos, graphics, photographs, product designs, written content, and other store materials are owned by or licensed to Phat Rabbit and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No license is granted except the limited right to use the store for personal shopping.
Third-Party Services
The store may use or link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment processors, fulfillment providers, carriers, and social platforms. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services outside our reasonable control.
Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the store and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise that access will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Phat Rabbit will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from store use or a purchase. Our total liability for a claim relating to a product will not exceed the amount paid for that product, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Indemnification
You agree to be responsible for losses, claims, or expenses resulting from your unlawful misuse of the store or violation of these terms, to the extent permitted by law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable federal law, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Changes apply prospectively from the posted effective date.
